The return and replacement process is very easy through us, as we work with all means to ensure the comfort of all users and provide an excellent and smooth experience.
The customer has the right to request a replacement or return in the following cases:
1. If you received a product that does not match the description mentioned on the product description.
2. If you received a product that has internal damage.
3. If you find a defect in the product’s manufacturing quality.
4. If you no longer need the product and it is returned within 3 days from the purchase time, provided that the product is unopened.
If none of the above reasons are present for returning the product, the product will be accepted in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition. A refund will be processed after deducting bank fees and shipping charges.
